«Took my only day available to travel to Glendale from Florence because of my health to get a radiator replacement. Prepaid in the morning. Couldn't pick it up til available closing time because they had not bothered to locate it or start pulling it till after I got there. Took the radiator home and pulled the hoses the cut off the radiator and found that the upper inlet had been cracked and it wasn't holding coolant. Unable to return it and get my money back because my health doesn't allow me to drive 90 minutes to Glendale. 0 Stars if I could. Will not return. Was told it was inspected and tested. Should have known better.»
