«Absolutely terrible customer service. I called Dan’s Truck & Auto Dismantling looking for a passenger-side CV axle for a 2021 Mercedes GLB 250. The first time I called, the employee who answered was rude from the start and told me he couldn’t tell from the system whether they had the part. He asked me to call back in 20 minutes.nnI gave them more than enough time and called back about an hour later. The same person answered and had an even worse attitude. When I politely asked if he had checked on the part, he told me he didn’t have time to check.nnI honestly don’t understand how a business expects to sell parts when employees can’t be bothered to look up inventory or treat potential customers with basic respect. I was ready to buy the part, but instead I was met with rudeness, poor communication, and complete lack of professionalism.nnThis was a total waste of time. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service or courteous treatment.»

«I drove from San Diego 90 miles to buy one Dodge charger offender when I got there I saw the fender is damaged. I asked them how come you don’t do quality check before you’re selling It. Salesman was a nice man He was trying to give adjustment. Owner name I believe Sandy he was so rude and very disrespectful and angry man. He said Part is not for sale anymore and I had to drive back to San Diego another 90 miles. Basically I drove 180 miles to just see his angry face. I will not walk on that store again if part are free.»
