«They’re not open on Saturday or Sunday. I called a week earlier to find out about a part and I was told that they could pull the part and have it ready for me when I got there as I live about 2 1/2 hours away. I drove there on Monday and called to make sure the part was ready and was told that first I had to leave a deposit and then they would get around to pulling the part when they could. This part can be removed in about five minutes, but they still told me that they would have to get around to it. I even asked if they would ship the part and I was told no. There was no way I could spend a night or two there waiting to get the part removed. Doesn’t sound like they’re interested in selling a lot of parts.»
