«Junior gave me a good price on the part I needed he gave me a really good price on the labor. Even though they were busy he fit me in later in the afternoon.nThe part they brought out just mistakenly was not tested before they brought it out they found out the part did not work.nThey put my part back on and of course it did not charge me for labor because of the the mistake Junior felt bad but I told him don't worry about it no problem it was nothing he can do. I'm satisfied with going back the next time I need something and sending others»

«I called to get a quote to get a transmission and it was a good price. Called again on Saturday to confirm what time they closed and told them I was on my way to get transmission. Drove 45 minutes from Sacramento & got there 15 minutes before they closed for the man to tell me I couldn't get the transmission because it wasn't pulled out. He said it was still bolted to the engine and all his workers already left. So I basically drove out there for nothing. Just a waste of time. And that's after I called the same day I was to pick it up and specifically asked if it was ready to go. And the man was pretty rude. Not good customer service & didn't apologize for their inconvenience or misunderstanding. Very unprofessional in my opinion not worth the the money you'll think you'll save.»
